When a real home falls into
default and reaches the sheriff sale, the default value is
the prayer value, also known as the amount the current owner owes. If
the winning bid is higher then the default value that the
defaulting owner owes, the default will be cured and the
defaulting owner will receive a profit. However if
the winning bid is less then the default value that the defaulting
owner owes, the defaulting owner will have to pay the difference
to be released form the debt.
Help us rate
the default values of these cards. To place your vote you must click on the ID below of
the virtual property you are interested in. Then, on a scale
from 1-10 tell us what card you like best based on what you think
is the best deal here at the court house steps. The vote/auction closes when 5 players have successfully bid on a
property. That card will then be given a rating and will join the
rest of the cards in our virtual deck.
